Buddy was the best scorer in the country when he played his college ball at Oklahoma, leading him to be chosen with the sixth pick in the 2016 NBA Draft. He’s taken that sharpshooting into the league and has been ranked second in the league in 3-pointers made since he was drafted. Hield is up to 17th all-time in total 3-pointers made, spending six of his nine seasons with the Sacramento Kings. Hield now plays for the Golden State Warriors, averaging 15.5 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 0.9 steals throughout his career.
Brad Davis (1955):
Davis was the 15th pick in the 1977 NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Lakers. While his time in LA didn’t last long, Davis found a home when he joined the Dallas Mavericks in 1980. The guard spent the next 12 seasons playing for the Mavs before retiring in 1992. In his time with Dallas, Davis averaged 8.6 points, 1.9 rebounds, 5.1 assists, and 0.8 steals per game.
