Starfelt clarifies Celta Vigo's future strategies

During an interview with Fotbollskanalen, he revealed, "The speculation surrounding a potential transfer was blown out of proportion. At the end of last season, the club and I had a discussion where it was made clear that both parties were in agreement regarding my desire to stay. It would have taken a very enticing offer for me to consider a move in this transfer window. Ultimately, there was no need for me to take a firm stance on the matter."

Starfelt has managed to play two out of four league games this season. Celta Vigo has recorded six points.

"We had a very good start with two victories. It was perfect. But the last two games we have had the margins against us, especially against Villarreal (3-4), it is always hard to lose in the last minute. But two wins and two losses is acceptable, even if after that start we had hoped for a little more. In terms of the game, it still looked good."
