Solanke returns to the England squad after a seven-year absence, with his only cap for the national team coming in a friendly against Brazil in 2017.
Elsewhere, West Ham forward Jarrod Bowen misses out, as does Crystal Palace’s talisman Eberechi Eze and Newcastle United full-back Tino Livramento.
