The Premier League Supercomputer has updated its title prediction after Sunday's thrilling 2-2 draw between Manchester City and Arsenal.
The Gunners thought they had sealed a vital three points at the Etihad, only for John Stones to equalise with the last kick of the game in the 98th minute.
The result means that Arsenal sit fourth in the Premier League table after their opening five games of the season on 11 points.
City are top of the league on 13 points while Liverpool and Aston Villa – second and third respectively – both have 12 points.

How does the Premier League Supercomputer work?Bettingexpert’s Supercomputer, BETSiE, ran it’s algorithm to predict how the 2024-25 Premier League will pan out after this weekend’s results where 10-man Arsenal drew 2-2 against Manchester City at the Etihad.
The Supercomputer simulated the league seasons 100,000 times. The Aupercomputer takes into account all match results from last season (across all competitions), pre-season results and the current season as it progresses, projecting the the season based on both pre-season expectations and xG earned both for and against during the season.
It now also integrates team financial data and player values from Transfermarkt. This additional layer of data provides a more nuanced understanding of team capabilities and potential performance variations.

City are predicted to pick up 84.5 points with Arsenal tipped to once again finish second on 76.6 points.

Asked for his take on the title race after this weekend’s Etihad thriller, Carragher said on a podcast: ‘I still just think Man City have got a little bit more. When I look at the squads and the attacks… Kevin De Bruyne didn’t play today.
‘They’ve got a bit more in the attacking areas, I think they’ve got a bit more. I just think Man City have the edge.’
